OJ: Reunited - Prologue

Ozzy lay on his bed staring at the ceiling. His life had become a living hell. No matter how much he did for the City of Hector he always receive nothing but grieve.

"Why do I bother protecting this city?" he thought. "Things are worse for me here than back in Frank."

He sat up on his bed as he reached into the bedside table drawer and pulled out a leather bond book entitled 'Family Album'. He opened the book and looked at the photos of his family, their smiles frozen in time. He choked back his sobbing as he looked at a photo of him with his 'father' and 'sister'.

He looked at the photos of celebrations, family outings and time spent together. He wished he could have those times back again, when he was happy and carefree.

He gave has favourite photo one last look before closing the book shut and set it back in the drawer. He curled up on his bed sobbing as he remembered of the times when they had come into his life and wished for them to be together again especially with his father.

He remembered when his father sang to him when he was sick or tired. He strong but gentle voice soothing him to sleep and calming him when he was scared.

"Daddy."

"This is it. Is everyone ready?" hissed the leader of the large as they stood before the sleeping form of Hector Cruz. The group nodded.

"Is he really in there daddy?" asked his daughter clinging to his shoulders.

"He's in there honey," spoke the leader, hitching the girl on his back. "Let's go."

He jumped into Hector's mouth then beckoned the others to follow him. After everyone had landed he addressed them. "Remember do not be seen or our mission will be in jeopardy." Everyone nodded and they set out through the mouth to the body.

"Soon my baby boy. Soon you will back with us."

*Dreamsquence*
"Ozzy. . .Ozzy. . ."

Ozzy looked around to see who was calling him and there he saw his family standing there, smiling at him. He ran over to them and launched himself into his father's arms, crying with joy.

His father stroked his hair as he rocked him back and forth as the rest of his family came closer gathering around the father and son. His siblings all smiled at him while his grand-parents softly cooed at him.

Ozzy felt his body changing and saw that he was now ten years old as his father cradled him close and started singing to him. The rest of his family joined, their angelic voices chorused together as Ozzy cuddled into his father's chest.

Suddenly a rumble interrupted them as the grounds shook and broke apart. There stood Spryman, Gluteus and the HPD towering over the group with cold, cruel looks on their faces as they reached down and ripped Ozzy from his father's arms.

"Ozzy!" they cried but flames surrounded them, consuming them.

"Let go of my son," screamed his father running towards them with his claws raised but a beam came towards him and shot him right through his chest. Ozzy screamed as his father's lifeless form fell to the ground.

"DADDY!"

*End Dreamsequence*

Ozzy woke up screaming and woke Drix as well.

"Ozzy, what's wrong?" he asked looking at his partner crying his eyes out. Drix floated over to Ozzy and wrapped his arm round his partner, pulling him into a hug.

"I miss my family Drix," Ozzy sobbed into his chest. "I miss daddy."

"Ozzy I'm sorry but we're here in Hector and they're back in Frank," said Drix calmly causing Ozzy to bury his head in his pillow.

"You don't understand! You don't understand!" he screamed into his pillow and started crying again.

Drix bit his lip and headed back to bed feeling guilty about what he said to Ozzy and felt worse as he heard Ozzy crying most of the night.

Ozzy finally when back to sleep after a couple of hours of crying. Back to his dreams that he thought would never come true.

Little did he know that they would come true and he was going to find happiness again with his family. With his father.
